Yeah, it's fanart especially that seems to be getting some people into trouble. There was one piece that was even labeled "characters over 18" but was deleted anyway because the LJ team decided the characters didn't look quite 18. *rolls eyes* At first, they were even deleting peoples' entire journals without warning, but now they're saying they'll send warnings beforehand.
Lots of people are moving to GreatestJournal or InsaneJournal. There is one site called Scribblit that isn't open yet but sounds like a promising alternative, and lots of people on my f-list are planning on getting an account, if LJ keeps being stupid. I don't think I'll completely move anywhere, but I'll definitely get an account when Scribblit opens.
